RTVE’s ‘Informe Semanal’ program focused its program on August 28 on the fight against climate change. The main theme of the program was focused on the great challenges that today’s society faces in the fight against this problem.
The AMDRY C4 project made its appearance in the weekly report program, showing itself as an initiative capable of offering key solutions and tools for the adaptation of our agricultural systems, of special importance in the Region of Murcia, to climate change scenarios.
Esteban Jordán (Engineering of the Natural Environment) and Carmen Pérez (University of Murcia), participating partners in the LIFE AMDRY C4 project, were in charge of showing the work of the project in the program.
The program showed how the LIFE AMDRY C4 project is based on the development of sustainable, intelligent and integrated agricultural activity, which allows strengthening the mitigating function of agroforestry systems, taking advantage of the potential offered by the local bioeconomy. To achieve this ambitious objective, the project aims to demonstrate, through practical experiences, the potential benefits derived from the implementation of these strategies.
